Baljit Kaur

Baljit was born and raised in the island country Bahrain, located in the Arabian Gulf. After graduating from High School in 2012, she moved to Nanaimo with her sister to begin a new chapter of life.

Baljit began her public practice career in May 2018 as a summer intern, where she gained experience in not-for-profit and First Nation Audits. She joined the JJA team in January 2020 and in the same month, graduated from Vancouver Island University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. In May 2020, she enrolled in the CPA professional education program.

In her free time, Baljit loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys being active by exploring and hiking in the great outdoors. She also has a passion for photography, cooking and playing basketball.
